What we do with your information.
The short version: we only get what you send us through the forms on this site, we use it to get back to you, and we don’t share it with anyone else.
What you send us
There are two forms on this site.
The contact form
Your first name, last name, phone number, email address if you give one, what you’re writing about, and your message.
The job application form
Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the position you’re interested in, and what you tell us about yourself.
Both go to a spreadsheet and an email inbox that belong to the Club. Christina Linn, our CEO, reads them, along with the staff who need to. Nobody outside the Club sees them.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
This site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We can’t tell you visited, and we don’t try to.
We won’t add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form. If we ever start one, you’ll have to ask to join it.
What happens automatically
Our host keeps server records. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which logs the usual things a web server logs, including the address your internet connection is using, for security and to stop abuse. We don’t use those records to work out who you are.
That is the only one. The lettering, the photographs, and the documents on this site are served from the site itself, so opening a page doesn’t tell anyone else you were here.
When we hand you over to someone else
Some buttons take you off our site. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy, and what you do there is between you and them.

The pledge form for our fundraiser.
Our page and the parents’ group.
We never see your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Square or Givebutter.
Children
This website is written for parents, volunteers, donors, and people looking for work. We don’t knowingly collect information from children through it.
Membership paperwork asks about your child, and it deliberately stays on paper: you print it, fill it in, and hand it to us at the Club. Please don’t send details about a child through the forms on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to a year, and job applications through the school year, because openings come up as the year goes on. After that we delete them. Ask us sooner and we’ll delete yours right away.
Asking us to delete it
Call the Club at 307-324-8905 or email [email protected] and we’ll delete what you sent us. You can also ask us what we have, or ask us to correct it. No explanation needed.
